Does Dell own Canon?

Take a look at this link. It is a page on dell’s Home and Office website. I clicked to view dell cameras, and then point and shoot cameras, and I got this web page. Does dell simply sell canon’s cameras, or does dell own canon? It’s not like dell is a retailer-dell makes electronics and sells directly to the consumer. So why did I get canon cameras? On this webpage they have Casio cameras, Olympus-What’s going on? Has dell sudenly bought out every single camera company?

Yo, Bob. You made me crack up. You’re a funny dude.
I just gave you a thumbs up for making me laugh, but I’m not going to chose you for best answer because it didn’t answer my question.

It’s just good marketing by Dell. When you click on the link for one of the cameras they sell, you’re redirected to the camera maker’s website.

Dell does not own Canon, but Dell does sell many items on the Dell web site that is not made by the Dell corporation. You can even buy a Sony or Sharp flat panel TV on the Dell web site.

    Absolutely NOT.

Yes, Dell has purchased all the major camera manufacturers from Microsoft. Microsoft wanted to get out of the business because they were afraid of losing a monopoly lawsuit. If you noticed on this website they also now own all flash memory producers. If you go to the software link ,you’ll see they own all the worlds software too.
Dell owns your mortgage, water supply, and utilities. Dell has recently made an offer to buy the Milky Way Galaxy and serve as the retail hub in our quadrant.
